Family & Visitors
Being a family or friend of a loved one seeking treatment can be difficult. Wellcome Manor is here to provide resources and support for everyone involved in the recovery process. Drug and alcohol addiction is hard on everyone, not just the addict. We have outlined some information below to help support you and your loved one during their stay.
Family Programming – Fridays 1:30pm – 3:30pm
Sorry, due to COVID-19, Family Programming is suspended.
Family participation is extremely important to the success of recovery. Our treatment plan is designed to offer family participation as part of our process. We strongly urge you to participate in your family member’s treatment program. We offer family programming each Friday from 1:30pm to 3:30pm, with a visiting hour directly following the family programming until 4:30. This additional hour is only offered to members who participated that day. For those who wish to visit separately, please limit those days to Saturdays or Sundays. (Only one day per weekend)
As we are a treatment center dedicated to the recovery of our patients, it is our policy that all outside items that are brought for a patient be pre-approved by a counselor prior to delivering them. Any unapproved items will be sent back with the visitor.
